Rates & Policies

Terms and Conditions

In order to provide all our guests with a comfortable vacation, we adhere to the following terms and conditions:

• No smoking
• No pets
• Arrival at 3:30 pm – 6pm.  Notify of late arrival.
• Check-out no later than 10:30 am.

Payment Terms

• 50% of cost payable upon reservation.
• 50% of cost payable 60 days prior to arrival.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, full refund less $25 admin fee.
• Cancellation 59 to 7 days before arrival, 50% refund.

Rates: 2023

May to October

• 3 Night minimum booking
• $295 per night for up to 4 guests
• 10% discount if booking for one week (7 days) or longer
• Rates are in Canadian dollars
• $20 per additional person per day, if more than 4 adults (maximum 6)
